This family was fun, vivacious, and a joy to photograph! Little Zayden's energy was contagious and I definitely got a workout chasing him around the beach in Kiawah. We had some magical afternoon light that made for a great session. Can't wait to capture Zayden as he grows!

Well this person is certainly on my list of Preferred Vendors! Mikaela has given me the opportunity to photograph many bridal shoots for Jean's Bridal, which has landed me in Charleston Magazine AND Charleston Weddings, among other publications, multiple times in the past 10 months.
We have been working together in the recent past to photograph her gorgeous, hand-painted/reclaimed furniture and build a website so she can plan events full time.
Welcome to the beginning of a wonderful journey.

I had the pleasure of photographing Caroline and Nick's engagement a few months ago. They were sweet, super cute, and easy to photograph. I could not wait for the wedding and was delighted when they officially asked me to shoot.
The wedding took place at Tidewater Chapel in Mount Pleasant and the reception hall that connects. The ceremony was lovely and simple in the gorgeous, understated chapel, and the reception was full of dancing all night, as it should be!
I have to say that my absolute favorite image of the night is one of the last ones. Caroline's father embraces her after the sparkler send-off and well, it's just magical.
It was an honor and a pleasure.

So, an amazing website called Pinhole Press has asked me to contribute to their monthly Pinhole Pro Magazine! My work will also be featured in their product gallery. I am beyond excited as I love all of their products and use them personally, especially for our family yearbooks.
The crew at Pinhole are doing monthly articles featuring photographers in their studios or "A Day In the Life of a Photographer," which I chose, since I do not have a studio...yet:) Here is a sneak peek of what I will be submitting for August.
A special thank you to my assistant for the day, the lovely and sweet Shelby Cason. Isn't she adorable?

Here are some of the wonderful products I have made for my own family, as well as many of my clients. Shown below is the 8x8 and 12x12 hardcover family yearbooks, and the linen cover accordion books. Swoon:
