Project 30/30 Day 2: Baking for neighborsOur next door neighbor gave birth to her second daughter a few days ago! We just met them recently and the mom-to-be was commenting on her due date being two weeks away, and also saying that she could go at any time. I remember how crazy it was bringing one baby home so I can only imagine what it's like to have a toddler waiting for you as well. I tried to think of something quick, easy, and healthy that mom and dad could grab to eat- and pumpkin bread seemed perfect. There's little sugar, organic pumpkin, and tons of pumpkin seeds. Welcome baby Maggie!
